What exactly is an "AI assistant" or agent?
It's software powered by the same AI models behind tools like ChatGPT — but set up specifically for you, connected to your actual email, calendar, and documents, and given a memory of your business. Instead of you visiting a chatbot and explaining context every time, your assistant already knows the context and does the work: drafting, scheduling, reminding, and answering questions about your own history.
Is my data safe?
Yes — and this is treated as the most important part of the setup, not an afterthought. Your assistant runs on your own accounts and infrastructure, access is scoped to only what it needs, and your knowledge base belongs to you. Nothing is pooled with other clients, and nothing is used to train public models. If you ever leave, you keep everything.
How long does setup take?
Most deployments are live and useful within the first couple of weeks. You'll see real value early — a working assistant handling email and calendar — and the knowledge base deepens over the following weeks as more of your history gets captured.
What does it cost?
Pricing is a once-off setup fee plus a simple monthly subscription, with plans starting from R1,500 per month depending on how many integrations and how much ongoing support you need. Business and team pricing is available on request. If it doesn't save you meaningfully more than it costs, it's not doing its job — that's the standard it's held to.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can use your assistant. The technical side — setup, integrations, maintenance — is entirely handled for you. That's the whole point of it being operator-led.
I've tried Notion / Obsidian / Monday and never kept it up. How is this different?
